Pass the Phone - Over the Phone Interpretation

When you’re face to face
To use, simply call the helpline, speak to one of our multilingual staff and explain the situation. You will then be asked to pass the phone to the person to whom you are trying to communicate and we will speak the language on your behalf.

When you need us to make a call on your behalf
Simply call the helpline, explain the situation and give us the details of who you want us to call. In most cases we will be able to make a three-way call whilst you hold so that you can hear what's going on as well as being available for us to ask you for any further information

JustTEXTHELP - In an emergency
In emergency situations please call the emergency services directly. If you do not know the emergency telephone number of the country you are in, call us and we can assist you. If the emergency operator can’t speak the language, the quickest thing to do is call us. Please try to stay calm, briefly explain the problem and let us call the emergency services on your behalf. We will keep you on the phone so that you can assist us in dealing with the situation in the fastest possible way.

Emergency calls are those to the Fire Service, Ambulance or Police in whichever country you are in.

JustTEXTHELP - Information texts
Simply send us a text message to the membership text line requesting the help or information required, from dealing with lost/stolen passports and credit cards to changing a flight. Send all text messages to +44 (0) 7590 825 118. Replies will be sent via text message to the mobile phone that you sent the message from.

Key Assist
Tags are printed with a unique tracking number. In the event that you lose your keys the finder is asked to post them in any Royal Mail postbox or alternatively to call us. We will take all the relevant information and then contact you to advise of the location of your keys. We will then arrange a time and place for you to collect your keys or alternatively we will post them back to you.

Luggage tags are printed with a unique Luggage Tracking Number. In the event that you lose your luggage, first report your luggage missing to the lost property service desk at the airport an dobtain a lost luggage reference number. Then simply call or text 'LOST LUGGAGE' and quote your tracking number. When your missing items have been located, we will notify you via text message and or email. The luggage tags can be used 365 days a year in the UK and abroad. Simply attach one of the tags to any item e.g. suitcase, laptop, briefcase or even your childrens’ schoolbags. As long as your membership is active you will have peace of mind that your items can be traced back to you.
