How Tag ’n’ Traq works
Your personal details are safely stored on our database system and not on your luggage tag! Instead, a unique tracking number is assigned to your account and printed onto your luggage tags so that your missing luggage can be quickly and easily traced back to you via your luggage tracking number – so you’re not advertising that you’re away from home by displaying your address, and your identity remains anonymous.

Our eye-catching luggage tags are printed with international telephone numbers    so, if your luggage goes astray overseas, baggage handlers worldwide can call one of our operators and speak to them in his or her language to ensure your luggage is returned to you with the minimum of fuss.

What to do if your luggage gets lost
If you lose your luggage, simply call and let us know that it’s missing or text us with the words 'lost luggage' and your luggage tracking number. We'll do the rest just as fast as we can! As soon as we find your luggage we’ll contact you via text message, phone or email with its location to arrange for its convenient return.

Please note: Annual renewal of your membership is only £3.95 irrespective of how many tags are assigned to your account.
