actually lost, it's simply that the owner cannot be identified when the paper tag
is torn off in transit.
Our tags are made from high quality laminate with durable poly ties which have
been tried and tested to withstand heavy handling.
Regular or paper tags require you to write your name and address on. This increases
the risk of identity fraud and a breach in your security.
We use a unique tracking number to track your bags, increasing your security
and protecting your identity.
The majority of foreign luggage handlers do not speak English and often struggle
to reunite a found bag with its rightful owner due to language barriers.
Our tags include telephone numbers which connect the lost luggage handler with
one of our operators speaking his/her language - 24 HOURS A DAY.
We'll do the rest in reuniting you with your bags just as fast as we can.
